Angelo A. Camillo PhD
Director of Education
Dr. Camillo has more than 35 years of international management experience and has worked and lived in ten countries on four continents. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Heidelberg (Germany) School of Hotel Management, an MBA degree from San Francisco State University, and a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University. He teaches courses in Strategy, Global Enterprise Management, Business Ethics, and Organizational Behavior. His research encompasses three streams of interest that reflect his specializations and courses he teaches: Strategic Management (Mainstream), Industry Specific, and Cross-disciplinary.
Isabell C. Camillo MA TESL PhD Student
Director, Academic Affairs
Ms. Camillo is a PhD student at Niagara University, Lewiston, NY. She teaches courses at Goodman School of Business – Brock University in business communication and human relations. Her cross-disciplinary research areas include Graduate Education, Intercultural Business Communication, Language Training, and Hospitality and Tourism Management with special interest in Organizational Leadership and Policy. Her industry experience spans 27 years. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Modern Languages, a certificate in Adult Education teaching ESL, and a Master’s in Linguistics from Brock University, and holds certificates in Business Management and Leadership from Niagara College Canada. She is a business coach and mentor with the Economic Development Department – City of Niagara Falls, and the Director of Academic Affairs at Niagara English Language Academy. She sits on the Catholic School Council and the STM Family board at Saint Michael High in Niagara Falls, Canada.

Brenda J. Rose MEd OCT
Ms. Rose obtained a B.A. from McMaster University in drama and music, and a Master’s of Teaching from Griffith University in Australia. As a District School Board of Niagara (DSBN) occasional teacher for the past eleven years, she has experience teaching Grades JK-8. She has held long-term placements teaching Grade 4 with French, Grade 5, Grades 4-8 French, and ESL Level 1-5. For the past six years, Ms. Rose has also been teaching ESL courses for the Goodman School of Business, the Faculty of Education, and ESL Services at Brock University. During this time, she has been the primary instructor for Business English, English for Education, and English for Academic Purposes. Her professional development efforts have qualified her to teach Special Education Part 1, Intermediate Additional Basic Dramatic Arts, Primary Part 1, and have also granted Ms. Rose TESL Ontario accreditation.
Chris McCooey BEd OCT
English Language Specialist
Mr. McCooey graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Education in 1995, with an additional qualification in Teaching English as a Second Language. After graduating, Chris taught students of all ages for one year in Korea. After leaving Korea, Chris moved to Japan, where he taught students from high school age to senior citizens, for 15 years. During that time, Chris served as the Director of Studies for an adult education center for 3 years. He is an Ontario Certified Teacher.
