Once you have submitted your online program admission application – along with the $250.00 CAD application fee payment (for international students only), finalize your admission.
Step 1: Wait for us to contact you
We will contact you within 1 (one) business day to confirm receipt of your application. If you do not receive this email, please contact the Academy immediately.
Step 2: Wait for your Letter of Acceptance
Within 4-8 business days: our Registration Office will process your application and send you an email regarding your Academy Student ID and email account. Once you have received this, wait for your Letter of Acceptance to arrive via email, which will confirm your offer of admission.
Step 3: Pay your Deposit
Once you have received your Letter of Acceptance, you will be provided with instructions on paying your $300.00 CAD deposit (international students only). This payment is very important as it reserves and secures your spot in the program(s) of choice. The deposit fee covers such things as maintenance of records, your student card (PawPass), and ONE program textbook. This payment must be made at the same time you accept the offer of admission. A link directing you to the payment page will be provided in the email.
Students who do not pay their deposits at the same time they accept the offer of admission may:
a) Be charged a late fee of $150 CAD;
b) Not be able to register for classes;
c) Lose their seats in their program of choice.
*Registration is processed on a first-come first-served basis, and classes fill up quickly. Seating is limited to a maximum of 12 students per class. Please note that your spot in the class is not guaranteed until you have paid your program (tuition) fee IN FULL.
